Introduction: Emergency situations can occur in school environments, requiring students to be prepared to act as first responders. Bandaging and splinting are crucial first aid skills for limiting the movement of injured body parts, alleviating pain, and preventing injury aggravation. However, students' proficiency in these techniques remains limited, necessitating systematic education and training. Objective: To enhance the knowledge of students at SMA Negeri 2 Subang Regency regarding the application of bandaging and splinting techniques as part of emergency preparedness. Research Methods: The activity involved education and training on bandaging and splinting using a demonstration and hands-on practice approach. The participants consisted of 134 students from SMA Negeri 2 Subang Regency. Knowledge was assessed using pre-test and post-test measures. Differences in knowledge scores before and after the intervention were analyzed using a paired-samples t-test. Results: The mean knowledge score prior to the education was 65.22, with a minimum of 50.00 and a maximum of 75.00. Following the education and training, the mean score rose to 79.37, with a minimum of 70.00 and a maximum of 85.00. The paired-samples t-test results indicated a significant difference between pre-test and post-test scores (p < 0.001). Conclusion: Education combined with demonstrations and hands-on practice is effective in improving students' knowledge regarding the application of bandaging and splinting techniques.
